Original era manufacture. Pressed cork body with a tan cotton covering, with a green wool chintz lining to the underside of the visors. Wide leather sweatband with asize tag marked 6 7/8. The body isnot crushed or dented, just scattered freckling to the cotton cover from age. On theunderside of the right rear edge is some scuffing which has scraped the fabric exposing the cork. Ink stamped contract markings on the underside of the sweatband.
