Original era manufacture. Drab tan, wool-felt hat with snowflake type ventilators on each side of the crown. Intact, and securely sewn sweatband with a brown silk ribbon and bow on the exterior. The front of the hat has had a metal insignia installed at some point in the past, with some minor scattered mothing on the top of the crown. The makers name in the sweatband is difficult to read, but we believe it to be Mitchell C. Lilley & Co. Columbus Ohio.
