Original era manufacture. Gold wire embroidered edging, with silver embroidered wire Captain bars. Light blue wool underlay, reverse is covered in black silk. Difficult to date exactly but I feel pre-WWII certainly. Each measures 4 inches in length, with a nice vintage look to them.
