Original era issue. US Korean War era named Purple Heart grouping consisting of:Named Purple Heart, Army of Occupation, Korean Service, Good Conduct, SSI and sterling sliver Combat Infantry Badge. Ancestry shows him as being WIA 25 August 1950, while serving in a Heavy Weapons Unit, with the 1st Cavalry Division. He returned to duty, enlisted from West Virginia.
