Original era manufacture. A complete round but empty of all explosives. Removable brass fuze with an orange painted steel shell body. The headstamp on the brass casing reads, 75mm Gun, Lot 12-53 with an Ordnance Bomb proof. Looks as if rig was being prepped for a Trench Art lamp as the primer is missing and there is a hole drilled into the bottom of the shell casing and fuze top.This measures 23 inches tall.
