Original era manufacture. US Korean War era Nurse Uniform consisting of a blue Gingham dress and white apron. Manufactured by Bruck's and named in both pieces to Jocelyn DiLoreto (Brunner) of Ohio. Jocelyn DiLoreto was born November 23, 1936 in Youngstown, Ohio. She pursued her dream of becoming a Nurse and graduated as an R.N. from St. Elizabeth's School of Nursing. After graduating she joined the U.S. Air Force and proudly served our country as a flight nurse earning the rank of 1st Lieutenant.She was stationed at the Clinton Sherman Air Force Base in Clinton, Oklahoma, where she set up the first medical clinic on the newly established base. It was here that she met her husband.Bust 35 inchesWaist 24 inchesHips 34 inchesLength 40 1/2This uniform is in very good condition with no staining, rips or holes. The buttons were not present when obtained by us but would have been white pearl style buttons and would be easy to attach with cotter pins.
