Original era manufacture.The lot includes a 1948 dated, US Army enlisted hat with a white cotton removable cover, brown visor and chinstrap, with a silver alloy enlisted emblem at front.Tailored, Korean War era enlisted Ike Jacket, PFC chevrons, 2nd Army SSI, with a pin-on blue and white wool MP brassard. Domed, silver color collar emblems with a silver plated military style whistle. Jacket size about a 38 regular.Issue wool shirt with a contract date of 1945, size marked 14 1/2 x 33, clean, plastic buttons with gas flap.Olive wool issue trousers with a 1950 dated QM inkstamp onan inside pocket. The soldiers identifier W-1677 is stamped in the waistband, matching the stamp in the lining of the Ike Jacket. The waist measures 31 inches, inseam 29 inches. White canvas belt with a brass adjustable friction buckle.White canvas pistol belt with an interlocking brass T-buckle, and a matching white canvas holster slide.WWII brown leather M1911 pistol holster, which has been re-dyed black after manufacture. A light OD wool tie completes the set. No moth issues to speak of, the set is very clean overall and makes a great display piece.
