Original era manufacture. Military style leather gauntlets of a medium brown color, with sound stitching, and remaining very pliable. There is some light surface dryness but no rot visible. Size is about an 8, the wrist opening will not allow my end to pass through. Great for display, very similar to the US 1880's era mountedtroops gauntlets but in a darker color.
