Original era manufacture. A very nice quality two piece eagle plate, with an applied eagle and wreath, with a fire gilt finish body.The buckle has been mounted to an Indian War era enlisted black leather service belt for wear. The leather is sound and pliable displaying normal age and wear. At present, the belt has been adjusted for wear to a 33 inch length, it can be lengthened at least another five inches.
