Original era manufacture. Set of blue steel M1873 45-70 bayonets which have been curled and bent and placed on oval shaped, black painted wooden plaques. These sconces were sold by Bannerman's of New York as a means to dispose of surplus inventory. Quite clever and a lot of effort went into these things. Sold as a pair.
