Original era manufacture. Tan canvas haversack of a pattern adopted in 1878 and issued through the Spanish-American War. It is complete with its proper black leather shoulder strap with brass hooks. Named on the reverse with the unit marking of Company C, 2nd S.C.V. Regt. Normal age and wear.
