Original era manufacture. Bright finished blade, pommel and guard with a US and  1903 date on opposite ricassos. The blade is finished in the bright showing scattered spotting and staining to the surface, with service sharpening to the cutting edge. Typical marring and bumping to the wooden grips. Sound blue steel finished scabbard, with minor evidence of surface corrosion, missing the spring wire lock on the belt loop.
