Original era manufacture. A truly scarce belt. Due to their utilitarian design and nature they certainly found use outside the US Army with farmers and laborers. That and the fact that the US Army was quite small in those years makes early dated examples of this ubiquitous belt very difficult to find. In my own experience in over 40 years we have only owned two of these, both coming out of old collections. Ok, enough of the sales pitch, but I do like'em regrdless. Excellent condition russet leather belt with a bronze colored single prong frame buckle. Clear markings on the underside of the belt near the buckle, measures 46 inches overall.
