Original era manufacture. An honest old sword showing its age. Plated, 32 inch blade with an etched design on each side of the blade. Most of the plating is intact except near the point, where surface lifting is in evidence. Nickel guard, backstrap and ferrule, with a black painted wood grip. The basket guard shows distortion to some of the branches. Matching nickel finish scabbard with a few spots of minor denting, and displaying an even patina finish.
