Original era manufacture. A sound example with a post production applied blue finish to the blade, guard and pommel. The walnut grips are intact and show scattered denting and wear but no chips or cracks. There are a few spots of roughness to the blade edge but it has not been sharpened or ground on, the point is very slightly bent. No scabbard.
