Original era manufacture. A very clean example of the US M1917 bayonet, made by Remington, and date 1917. The blade is very clean, with a one inch blue band at the ricasso and most of the finish remaining on the blade itself. Blue finished guard and pommel, with original finish wood grips. Green plastic scabbard with a metal parkerized finish throat, marked U.S. M-1917. BA. INC, for use with a variety of trench shotguns.
