Original era manufacture. Full size, wrap brooch suspension medal, numbered on its edge 20996, clean, normal age and wear.This number checks out to Earl Grant Sheeley, born in Pennsylvania in 1895. During WWI he served in the 6th Infantry Regiment, 5th Infantry Division in France. He saw combat in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive.
