Original era manufacture. A very fine large pattern copper bodied flask displaying a fouled anchor & USN design on each side of the body. Sound, non-adjustable pour spout with an operable spring. N.P.AMES 1843 markedon the top of the spout base. Pleasing copper and brass patina finish, seams are sound, dented in the body on one side. Rare flask.
