Worn by members of the Military Order of the Serpent, which was comprised of veterans of the Spanish-American, Philippine Insurrection and China Relief expeditions. Reverse is stamped Official Jewelry, Jay D. Lea, Sandusky, Ohio. Normal age and wear.
