Original era manufacture. Darkened brass, heavy-duty one piece buckle as often worn on woven cloth pistol belts. Typically these darkened brass buckles are found made in two sections with unadorned side bar loops. This is an unusual variant being produced as a one piece buckle, with decorative side bar sections. First one I can remember crossing our path.
