Original era manufacture. This is a massive, fantastic album, consisting of over 700 vintage postcards, most of which date between the years of 1905-1910. It was assembled back in the day when a popular activity was a club of sorts, which practiced the exchange of cards between people across the United States. The result is a wonderful glimpse into the life and activities of America of over 100 years ago. Nearly every region of the nation is included, showing important buildings, agriculture, daily life, Civil War battlefield monuments, religious activity, vintage trains and boats and more. Most show a postage cancellation on their reverse with a date. The album itself is in rather sad shape but it has done a great job in protecting its cards. States I noticed, NY, UT, CT, CO, LA, CA, IA, IL, MS, PA, OR, WA, AK, NJ and more.
