Original era issue. First Encampment / Final Encampment. Indianapolis 1949 medal and ribbon. Pinback. First November 20, 1866 / Final August 28, 1949. Only 16 members remained in the GAR for the last encampment, however, to honor the occasion, many more badges were produced as a memento of the event.
