Original era manufacture. A well made reunion badge issued during the 44th National Convention of the GAR held in Atlantic City NJ in 1910. The ribbon honors the service of Army Nurses during the war, with a bronze suspension bar, and a really nice silver colored planchet below with an enameled light house on the obverse, and seashell design on the reverse.Minor bit of ribbon fraying on one edge.
