Original era issue. UDC Southern Cross of Honor, named on the suspension bar to R.W. Walker, pinback suspender. Having a quick look on Ancestry, I found several R.W. Walker's, one of whom was a private in the 7th Arkansas Infantry in 1861. Should be a fun research project.
