Original era manufacture. US post WWII brown leather bandage pouch, which is maker marked and dated on the reverse JQMD 1948. Complete with a WWII Carlisle Bandage inside. Light age and wear, leather is pliable and sound, the snap closure works properly. The bandage is in new condition, right out of a 1942 dated box of 10.
