Original era manufacture. Cut-edge, all cotton embroidery, perhaps postwar manufactured in Occupied Germany. Appears to have been laundered, so likely off of a uniform. Normal age and wear. The Army Constabulary units served from 1946 - 1952 and provided a mobile force needed in postwar Germany. Light wear and use, with a touch of staining, removed from a uniform.
