Original period manufacture. Gold wire embroidered frames with silver wire embroidered stars on a black velvet backing. Black wool covered reverse with large aluminum attaching tabs, these being maker marked Brother. The pair come in their original plastic storage case, the lid of which is also marked Brother, declaring factories in Taiwan and Okinawa. Excellent quality, in unused condition. Each strap measures 3.75 inches in length, and are curved to fit the shoulder.
