Original period manufacture. Part of a recent collection purchase is this grouping of an 82nd Airborne enlisted man's overseas hat and assorted insignia. The lot consists of a WWII pattern, private purchase enlisted overseas hat with Airborne insignia and Medical Corps piping, non sterling marked Airborne Jump Wings with clutch attachments mounted to a cotton embroidered oval, Infantry collar brass with blue plastic backing discs, assorted name tags (same name inside the hat) and other insignia and a nice b/wphoto of the soldier.
