Original era manufacture. Yellow cotton flight deck helmet, which has been converted into an aviators helmet with the addition of black leather ear pads, each  with an ANB-H-1A receiver, and CW-10312 microphone.   Inside the cloth helmet is an original embroidered makers tag, displaying a post WWII contract number, size marked 7 1/4, and made by Joseph Buegeleisen & Company. Wilson pattern goggles with amber colored lenses, a gray rubber face pad, and a light gray elastic headband. The face pad shows wear to the edges, yet remains pliable, and the headstrap still has some spring to it, and is not stretched out of shape. Brown leather chincup with a chamois lining, chamois beginning to curl around the edges.
