Original era manufacture. An ultra deluxe model made by the prestigious German firm of Eickhorn, and imported into the USA by NS Meyer.Beautiful, 30 inch chrome finished blade with a triple etched design on the sides of the blade and on the spine. Clear makers and importers logos, and marked West Germany. Super deluxe three branch guard with an eagle headed pommel with red glass eyes, molded black rubber grip.Matching length, chrome finished steel scabbard with deluxe fittings, and a flawless finish. A super quality sword, which is very 19th century in execution, and seldom seen in this configuration. The only minor issue to report is that the guard rattles a tad,just needs the pommel screw tightened a bit. Very clean condition, just a small amount of surface corrosionon the drag, easily cleaned away.
