Original era manufacture. A nice quality sword with is marked on the ricasso, MADE USA. The plated steel blade measures 32 inches in length, with etched panels on each side. The blade runs straight and true with no issues. Bright gilded brass guard and pommel cap, with a pale white molded plastic grip of imitation fishskin, bound with a single strand of twisted wire. Original knot wrapped around the guard. Metal bodied scabbard covered in black leather displaying light age and wear overall, a few very minor nicks in the leather surface. Very, very clean.
