Original era manufacture. An excellent quality German made sword and imported by NS Meyer of New York. 32 inch chromed steel blade with etched panels on each side.Mix ofpatina and gilded finish to the brass guard and pommel, white fishskin grip, bound with triple strand wire.Original gold brocade and bullion sword knot wrapped around the guard. Black leather covered steel scabbard with dark patina to the brass fittings. No damage, just a mellow patina finish, blade is as bright as new.
