Original period manufacture. Card mounted sepia image of a young US Army corporal in the Engineers. He wears a marksmanship badge and what appears to be the Cuban Pacification Medal on his chest. 1910 date on the reverse, with an inscription "To Dessie From Ellis" in ink. Nice study of the M1902 dress coat with what would have been red/white trim for the Engineers.
