Original era manufacture. A small brown leather pouch with a string closure, nicely embossed on one side with the dedication, "SMOKER, to the officers of the Atlantic Fleet, Saturday Oct 12th 1912 at Hotel Astor".This was a banquet hosted by the City of New York for President Taft and the officers of the US Atlantic Fleet held at the Hotel Astor. Light age and wear.
