Original era manufacture. Enameled lapel badge measuring 15 mm in width. The reverse is marked as follows, "Property of Wright-Martin Aircraft Corporation, Not Transferable, No. 233". The attaching disc is maker marked Whitehead & Hoag. The Wright Corporation and the Glenn L. Martin corporation enjoyed a brief association, beginning in 1916 and ending around 1918, when Martin broke away and began their own operation in 1919.
