Original era manufacture. A tan canvas pouch with a removable belt hook, marked on the interior RIA 1906. The flap has had a tan paint applied to it to cover a unit marked, often the Army's practice when re-issuing equipment. The belt hook is of a latter pattern, not the early thin wire type. Normal age and wear.
