Original era manufacture. A solid example, featuring rimless eagle snap closure buttons, all of which are intact, MILLS marked brass adjusting tabs, and unit stenciled to the 124th regiment. Someone has slipped a M1911.45 pistol magazine pouch onto the front portion of the left-hand side. Overall the belt exhibits honest use, but no real issues, nice with the unit marking.
