Original era manufacture. This is a great old American flag, adopted when Oklahoma became the 46th state in the Union in 1908. This pattern was flown until 1912 when New Mexico and Arizona became the 47th and 48th states. The flag measures 32 x 60 inches, with individually sewn stripes and a printed glory of stars. The stars themselves are arranged in four rows of eight, and two of seven, totaling 46. The cloth has yellowed from age, and there are some holes and tears in the fabric, the largest being in the upper right corner. The stitching on the hoist and stripes remains intact, and the flag remains quite sound for display.A great old flag from the time of President Teddy Roosevelt.
