Original era manufacture. A very solid example of the difficult to find early pattern individual bandage pouch with the removable belt hook.Tan canvas construction with brass snap closure buttons, and two metal grommets in the back to hold the belt hook in place. Clear 1908 date on the body of the pouch, and Coast. Art. markings under the flap. Normal age and wear, no holes or tears.
