Original period manufacture. Tan canvas bandage pouch with a double snap flap, and a removable 1910 pattern belt hook. Clear maker and date under the flap, RIA 1906. Tan paint on the front, applied by the army to cover an old issue mark, a common practice on recycled equipment. Scarce pouch.
