Original period manufacture. Overall this is a very sound magazine pouch, the leather is quite supple, stitching tight and with clear markings to be seen. The bad is that someone, or somehow, the male portion of the closure apparatus was removed. Looks to have been done on purpose, why? At any rate, the flap itself behaves well and sits in its proper position. Too bad the stud is missing but the pouch still is great for display.
