Original period manufacture. RIA 1911 dated blade with a steel patina finish, and a light mottling to the metal surface, no corrosion pitting; minor service sharpening to the blade edge.Original finish rough-hewn walnut grips, mix of blue and dark patina finish to the pommel and guard.Brown leather covered scabbard with a drain hole at the tip, but missing the brass grommet there. M1910 belt hook, and RIA 1907 dated on the reverse. Surface dryness to the leather as shown, the stitching remains intact.
