Original period manufacture. Uncut, 16 inch bladed bayonet made by Springfield Armory and dated 1910. Finished with a dark parkerized surface, steel patina finish to the guard and pommel. The blade has not been sharpened with no nicks in the cutting edge. Original rough hewn wooden grips with typical service marring and bumping. Original GI OD plastic scabbard with the Ordnance Bomb insignia on the steel scabbard throat.
