Original era manufacture. Steel construction without the normally seen nickel finish. Clear RIA & US stamps on the inside of the heel on each. Honestly cannot remember ever owning a pair marked this way before. Most often we get them marked US AB or something similar. As this pattern spur saw many years of service with the US Army, perhaps this pair is an example of the original issue. Normal age and wear overall.
