Original era manufacture. Green woven canvas belt, with four rifle ammunition pockets on each side, in addition, two smaller pouches, one above the other for pistol rounds.Rimless eagle buttons throughout, with MILLS markings on the adjusting tabs, black ink stenciled unit markings on the inside of the belt.The belt displays wear and use, but is quite sound for display. There is a stitched repair on a flap on the right side of the belt, and there is green verdigris coloring on the metal fittings. A scarce belt from the pre WWI era.
