Original era manufacture. A fine quality German made sword by Alexander Coppel, 30 inch polished steel blade running straight and true. Frosted finish, etched panels on each side, with the name Alfred Ives etched onto the obverse.Chrome finished guard and pommel with a molded hard rubber grip. Wrapped around the hilt is an officers sword knot in gold and black.Chrome finished steel scabbard with two suspension rings, dent-free, with a mellow patina finish, no corrosion issues.
