Original period manufacture. Clean example with its original ribbon, nicely engraved on the reverse with the Marine's name and service enlistment date.No A9561, Frederick M. Goss, 1st Enlistment, 1922 - 1925. Online research via Ancestry provides several links to Goss's service in the Dominican Republic and Haiti in the 1920's. After WWII he served as a Policeman, and died of a heart attack in 1949.
