Original era manufacture. Nicely named medal to one Oscar Earl Mackey, with two additional bars for 1936 and 1939. The ribbon is a replacement and a bit wide for the bars. Sailor Mackey served on a number of ships during his career, USS Vega, USS Louisville, USS Indianapolis, and is listed on the muster rolls for Pearl Harbor serving aboard the USS New Orleans. Normal age and wear.
