Original era manufacture. A quality sword bearing on the ricasso the name of the famous San Francisco firm of Pasquale. Toned gilded brass fittings, 30.5 inch polished steel blade with etched panels on each side, running straight and true, save for some very light surface staining towards the point. Gilded brass ornate guard and pommel, with the eagle's head facing to it's left, changed after 1941 to a right facing head. White painted grip bound with single strand wire. Black leather  scabbard with sound stitching, no breaks or creases, toned gilded brasst patina to the brass fittings.
