Original era manufacture. Dark blue wool top with the gold wire eagle directly embroidered into the front of the hat. Red silk cap band edged in gold wire brocade, gold brocade chinstrap. Gold wire embroidered oakleaves directly embroidered into the patent leather visor. Red silk lining with a shield shaped name tag pocket. Thin leather sweatband which is securely sewn into the band of the cap. Clean, no moth issues.
